Class/Course Details
Our classes are PT-led circuit based sessions, for everybody at all levels and are tailored around you as an individual.
They include;
Flexibility Development
PT-Led Circuit-Style Exercise Sessions
Introduction to Simple Wellness Activities
Nutritional Handouts and Guidance
Short Q&A with coach
All within the beautiful Thoresby Estate
The sessions are for an hour, and are designed to give you an introduction into health and wellness, and how you can incorporate these elements into your daily lives by taking small, manageable steps, so they become part of your everyday.
We are all at different levels of health, fitness and ability, so the session will be whatever YOU want it to be. You have the opportunity to simply work at your own pace, but still challenge yourself and get a little out of your comfort zone and have some fun with others at the same time.
At the end of each session, we do a little mindfulness work, connecting to ourselves, and finish off with a little nutritional challenge to take away and hopefully put into practice during the week.
