Balanced body student teacher with small group mat classes (no more than 5) to ensure that all indviduals are given the attention they need to ensure the exercises are being performed correctly with form and precision. It also enables a moderate pace for the class.

Refomer or mat 1:1's are also available as are bespoke 1:2 or 1:3 classes.  Enquire for details.

Classes are £8.50 per class (discounts available for local residents and Welbeck WI members) paid on a pay as you go basis.  Bookings can be made in advance to ensure your spot is secure.

Small equipment is also used in classes on occasion to add variety and add challenge.
